AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Wonkys Edibles LLC ("Company," “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Wonkys Edibles website located at https://www.wonkysedibles.com and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected to it (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content. Wonkys Edibles is not responsible for any third-party content, including its accuracy or reliability. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

Take legal action against violators
Refuse, restrict, or disable access to the Site
Remove or edit content for any reason

TERM AND TERMINATION

INDEMNIFICATION
